At LPI we’re here to provide you with claims support services 6 days a week except on Statutory Holidays. Our hours of operation are 8:30AM – 5:30PM Monday – Friday and 10AM – 4PM on Saturdays.
Most insurers have their own adjusters who will be assigned to your claim once they have been contacted. For Emergency after hours assistance with fire, water, burglary (break in repairs), or wind/tree damage,etc. you may contact one of our Emergency Restoration Companies listed below. Once you have secured your property please leave a message on our answering machine so we can contact you on the next business day to make sure you are being assisted and to answer any questions you may have. Please be advised that there are terms within your insurance policy that could restrict coverage. When a claims related event occurs it is your responsibility to minimize ongoing damages.
