Coverage is available to Individuals, Businesses, Associations and Sports Groups. Optional: kids, spouse and public transport coverage.
Separate Coverages available for kids-student accident. Coverage is available until Age 69. Also available until Age 79 if purchased by Age 69.
AIG Accident Protector Benefits
24 Hour Coverage, 365 Days a Year. Benefits not affected by BC Med or other private-public plan payments.
Limits up to $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 for paralysis. Higher limits can be requested. Group Pricing available for 5+ Members. Key Person Coverage also available.

ICBC covers you only while driving [only 7% of fatalities are vehicle related].
AIG allows you to add spouse, kids and public transport coverage.

AIG provides specified Death Benefits wheras ICBC Death Benefits are unspecified and unilaterally imposed by ICBC.
AIG provides Loss of Income coverage in increments of $50,000.00 up to $500,000.00 – payable immediately in a lump sum when it is needed most.
ICBC Loss of Income coverage is Optional and capped at $100,000.00. Loss of income benefits are divided by 12 into 12 monthly payments.
AIG Benefits are unaffected by other plans and payments. ICBC deducts the Benefits you receive from other Coverages (private and public).
